We hold your registration details, contact information, payment method identifiers — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked mobile number — transaction history and session logs. You can request a full data export at any time by contacting our compliance team.

Email our compliance team with your registered account address and the specific data point you believe is inaccurate. We aim to investigate and correct verified errors within ten business days and will confirm the outcome in writing.

You may submit a deletion request to our compliance email. Note that certain records — particularly transaction data related to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments — must be retained for the period required by applicable law before deletion can proceed.

Transaction records are typically retained for five to seven years in line with applicable financial record-keeping requirements. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymised. You can ask for a timeline specific to your account type via our compliance channel.
